1. ELIGIBILITY AND PROFESSIONAL EXCLUSION

Our services, webinars, and materials are created strictly for individuals seeking personal education and guidance.

Personal Use Only

Registration and attendance are restricted solely to individuals seeking personal divorce or mediation guidance for their own private matters.

Divorce Industry

Elevated Divorce Inc. offers different educational programs for select audiences: Certain programs are for individuals seeking personal divorce education who are not associated with the divorce industry and certain programs are for industry professionals. For our Divorce Discovery Seminar and Divorce Prep Workshop, access is strictly restricted to individuals seeking personal divorce guidance. Industry professionals, including but not limited to attorneys, mediators, financial planners, and legal staff, or those otherwise employed in or associated with the divorce industry are prohibited from attending without prior written authorization. We reserve the right to revoke access, remove participants during the live stream, or reject registrations at our discretion.

Truthful Representation

By registering for any event or submitting information, you confirm under penalty of misrepresentation that you are not an industry professional or commercial competitor. We reserve the right to audit registration lists, reject access, or immediately remove any individual suspected of violating this exclusion.

2. PROPRIETARY CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All visual presentations, slides, audio feeds, downloadable guides, agreement templates, and verbal communications provided through our platform remain our exclusive proprietary intellectual property.

Prohibited Actions

Any recording, screen-capturing, photography, transcription, copying, broadcasting, or redistribution of our content—in whole or in part—is strictly prohibited.

Technical Enforcement

We reserve the right to employ monitoring tools, including dynamic email watermarks, session tracking, and chat controls, to protect our proprietary materials. Violators face immediate termination of access without refund and potential legal action for copyright infringement and breach of contract.

3. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY (NO LEGAL OR MEDIATION ADVICE)

General Information

All webinar content, website articles, and general resources are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Participation in a webinar or site visit does not constitute legal, financial, or mediation advice.

No Attorney-Client or Mediator Relationship

Interacting with our public content, filling out a registration form, or attending a group presentation does not establish an attorney-client, mediator-client, or fiduciary relationship. Formal engagement occurs only upon signing a separate, bilateral mediation or professional agreement.

4. USER CONDUCT AND ACCESS TERMINATION

Acceptable Use

Users agree to provide accurate, current information on all intake and registration forms and to interact respectfully during live events or within client communications.

Opt-Out & Support Mechanisms

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the +1 877-734-5177. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message Frequency

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive about 6 messages following up to the day of our Seminar and Workshop. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Revocation of Access

We reserve the absolute right to refuse service, reject event registrations, block access domains, or remove any participant from a live event or portal at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if these Terms are violated.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our firm and its representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website, educational materials, or attendance at our events. All materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6. GOVERNING LAW AND CHANGES TO TERMS

These Terms are governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
